The hosting model

Host and their staff attend free
Host provides the venue
6 doctors minimum — $5,000/doctor · $385/staff member
Essential Ortho provides lunch and breaks
Two 2-day sessions — 1st: Growth and Appliances · 2nd: ControlledArch
Host pays the presenter's airfare
After 6 doctors, all tuition is split 70% presenter / 30% host

Both sessions are taught live by Dr. Stephen Deal — 1st session: Growth and Appliances · 2nd session: ControlledArch. CE hours through the same PACE/AGD lineage as the catalog courses.
